Position Details:
We are looking for an experienced Mechanical Engineer to support our Manufacturing, Product Development, and Industrial Sector. The successful candidate will be responsible for:
  • Designing and overseeing technical systems for large-scale projects from initial schematics to construction administration.
  • Leading project teams and ensuring effective collaboration among team members.
  • Preparing and managing project work plans and documentation.
  • Conducting necessary code research and developing project cost models.
  • Maintaining a Mechanical Basis of Design Journal throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Engaging in material and product research as needed.
  • Participating in project meetings and interfacing with other discipline leaders.
  • Providing timely responses to client inquiries.

Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will possess:
  • A Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering and a professional engineering license.
  • LEED accreditation is preferred.
  • A minimum of six years of experience in the architecture and engineering industry.
  • Extensive knowledge of professional services from schematic design to project close-out.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and mentoring skills.
  • Proficiency in Autodesk's Revit and energy modeling software, with experience in IES preferred.
  • The ability to manage multiple projects effectively while maintaining high-quality standards.
