Job Description:
This Nursing Service Coordinator role requires a skilled Registered Nurse who can effectively manage nursing care delivery, prioritize tasks, and communicate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient care transitions. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and experience in developing and implementing evidence-based practice guidelines.

Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and discharge planning.
  • Develop and implement nursing care plans to meet individual patient needs.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and reports.

Requirements:
  • Current Registered Nurse licensure to practice in North Carolina.
  • Certification in Basic Cardiac Life Support for healthcare providers.
  • Experience in managing nursing care delivery and prioritizing tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to communicate effectively with interdisciplinary teams.
