Pharmacist - Patient Care Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Pharmacist to join our team as a Staff Pharmacist in our Sumter, SC location. As a key member of our pharmacy team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care, counseling, and education to our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process and accurately dispense prescription orders
- Counsel patients regarding health care and prescription medication needs
- Maintain confidential information and controlled medication
- Develop and implement action plans to improve patient care and safety
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy or PharmD degree, or equivalent FPGE (NABP)
- Pharmacy license (by job entry date)
- Completion of an ACPE Accredited Immunization training program
Preferred Qualifications:
- Primary Location: 1283 Broad St, Sumter, SC, United States of America
