Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide clinical direction for all aspects of patient care, fostering a patient-centered approach.
  • Develop and implement individualized plans of care, prioritizing patient needs and collaborating with the healthcare team.
  • Assess and recognize subtle or actual changes in patients' status, taking prompt action to address any concerns.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members, ensuring seamless care coordination.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest evidence-based practices and regulatory requirements, applying this knowledge to improve patient outcomes.

Requirements:

  • Associate's Degree in Nursing (BSN preferred)
  • One year of experience as a Registered Nurse (or successful completion of the Prisma Health Nurse Residency Program)
  • Licensed to practice as a Registered Nurse in South Carolina
