We are seeking a skilled Engineering Manager to supervise engineering, maintenance, and facility operations at our manufacturing site. Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee engineering and maintenance functions to ensure optimal facility performance.
- Develop and implement maintenance strategies to enhance equipment reliability.
- Lead teams in troubleshooting and resolving technical challenges.
- Foster a culture of safety and operational excellence throughout the facility.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related discipline, with a minimum of seven years of experience in engineering, facilities management, or machinery maintenance.
- At least seven years of supervisory experience, demonstrating strong leadership capabilities.
- Proven track record in managing complex engineering projects successfully.
- Advanced understanding of engineering principles and their practical applications in manufacturing.
- Familiarity with reliability methodologies, including FMEA, RCM, and RCA.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of conveying technical information to diverse audiences.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Ten years of experience in engineering and facilities management.
- Experience in managing operations across multiple shifts.
- Background in industries such as paper converting, chemical processing, or packaging.
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles.
