Insight Global's client is seeking a skilled Mechanical Engineer to lead their Nuclear group. The ideal candidate will have experience in mechanical design for nuclear power plants, including P&ID, piping layouts, tank design, vessel design, and 3D modeling. They will also conduct site walk-downs, equipment specifications, and direct overall project design and design documentation. Additionally, they will assist in project proposals regarding scope, schedules, and budgets. The engineer will work on projects that involve upgrades/modifications to equipment in existing nuclear plants, identifying potential upgrades and suggesting new equipment to be installed/designed.

Key Requirements:
PE License
8-10 years of direct experience in mechanical design for nuclear plants and facilities
Project management experience
Ability to travel up to 25%
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering
