Position Summary:

The role of a Property Leasing Specialist is a dynamic opportunity that combines sales expertise with outstanding customer service to significantly enhance the living experiences of our residents. This position acts as a vital link between potential and current residents and the management team, assisting individuals in finding their ideal home by showcasing available apartments, community amenities, and local attractions.

Key Responsibilities:

Leasing Duties:

  • Conduct guided tours of the community grounds and available apartments for prospective residents.
  • Promote the community through various channels to convert inquiries into on-site visits.
  • Welcome all visitors to the leasing office with a friendly and professional demeanor.
  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of property features (floor plans, amenities, etc.) and the surrounding area.
  • Utilize product knowledge to align prospective residents' needs with our offerings through effective communication.
  • Represent the organization professionally at all times.

Customer Service Responsibilities:

  • Build and sustain professional relationships with both prospective and current residents.
  • Process maintenance requests and follow up to ensure resident satisfaction.
  • Address resident inquiries and concerns both over the phone and in person.
  • Uphold tenant confidentiality and adhere to local and federal Fair Housing regulations.

Administrative Tasks:

  • Prepare and maintain all necessary applications, lease agreements, and related documentation accurately.
  • Handle rental payments efficiently.
  • Assist with the move-in and move-out processes.
  • Provide general clerical support, including answering phones and managing messages.
