Job Description

We are seeking a Community Facilities Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of our residential properties.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of common areas, including lobbies, hallways, laundry rooms, stairwells, and recreational spaces.
  • Clean and prepare vacant units for new residents, ensuring all surfaces, appliances, and fixtures are spotless.
  • Restock cleaning supplies and notify management of maintenance needs or inventory shortages.
  • Remove trash, sanitize high-touch areas, and follow safety and hygiene protocols.
  • Collaborate with property management and maintenance teams to maintain community standards.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Prior housekeeping or custodial experience, preferably in residential or multifamily housing settings.
  • Ability to operate cleaning equipment and follow safety protocols for handling cleaning supplies.
  • Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
  • Physical capability to lift to 50 lbs., stand, and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods.
  • Dependable, professional, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
