Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the preparation of land use applications and submissions, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and laws.
  • Draft, revise, and proofread legal documents, including correspondence, emails, applications, notices of public hearing, and resolutions.

  • Perform administrative tasks, such as scanning, filing, photocopying, and managing incoming/outgoing mail, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow.
Requirements
  • Associate's degree or bachelor's degree in paralegal studies or a related field.
  • Paralegal certification preferred.
  • Five years of experience as a paralegal in a law firm, especially in land use or real estate transactional law, is advantageous.
  • Proficiency in legal research tools and software.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Proficiency in using legal case management software and office productivity tools.
