Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Nurse to join our team as a Clinical Supervisor in Home Care. As a Clinical Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and safety of home health care services, supervising Certified Home Health Aides, and evaluating patient plans of care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform on-site supervisory and teaching visits to evaluate caregivers
  • Provide clinical orientation to caregivers on assigned home care cases
  • Participate in the training of new nurses and in-services for field staff
  • Perform initial nursing assessments
  • Counsel patient/caregiver in meeting nursing and related needs
  • Assign and coordinate services provided
  • Assist physician in developing a plan of treatment/care and make necessary revisions based upon patient's condition/needs
  • Prepare clinical progress notes ensuring any changes in the patient's condition is reported
  • Administer medication and treatments as prescribed and initiate appropriate preventative and rehabilitative nursing procedures
  • Monitor clinical records for complete and accurate documentation
Requirements
  • Current Registered Nurse NJ License
  • One-year professional experience as a Registered Nurse in the United States
  • Current CPR certification
  • Experience in Home Care Nursing Preferred
  • Bilingual (Spanish) Preferred
