Job Title: General Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced General Manager to join our team at PCRK Group. As a General Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of professionals in managing the day-to-day operations of our massage and skincare business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure the location is performing at its best, with a focus on key functional areas such as Net Active Member Gain, Service Hours, Guests, and Enhancements.
  • Monitor staffing levels across all departments and ensure all positions are staffed appropriately.
  • Coach, develop, and retrain underperforming team members in sales and service expectations.
  • Ensure all licensure, training, and documentation are up-to-date and in compliance with state, federal, and franchisor regulations.
  • Participate in company and regional conference calls and weekly operation director calls.
  • Continuously train team members on soft skills, business acumen, and metrics to promote professional development.
  • Facilitate the resolution of customer service issues and identify systemic opportunities for improvement.
  • Promote and implement new products, services, and initiatives.
  • Responsible for location's payroll entry and inventory management.
  • Review payroll, inventory, and applicable reports to audit for errors and address profitability-related opportunities.
  • Host monthly performance coaching plans and partner with operations director to address performance concerns and celebrate performance wins.
Requirements:
  • Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
  • Comprehensive understanding of Profit & Loss statements.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Multi-unit management experience is required.
