Job Summary:

The Senior Clinical Dietitian will be responsible for coordinating the nutritional care of patients, completing nutritional assessments, preparing nutrition care plans, and monitoring the effectiveness of nutritional care. You will also provide nutrition education to promote improved health and follow standard practices and comply with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assess patients' nutritional needs and develop personalized nutrition care plans
  • Provide nutrition education and counseling to patients and their families
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive patient care
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest nutrition research and guidelines
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes
Requirements:
  • Bachelor of Science degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, or related field
  • Registered Dietitian through the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics
  • Current licensed Dietitian/Nutritionist status within the state of practice
  • Advanced certification recognized by the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics
