We are seeking a highly skilled Cybersecurity Engineer to join our team. As a Cybersecurity Engineer, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world.

The Impact You'll Make
  • Lead Cybersecurity Risk Management activities for Solventum's hardgood medical devices
  • Support Authority to Operate and Post-Market Surveillance requirements
  • Work closely with process leads to develop new Cyber-related processes
  • Identify opportunities to improve Solventum's Cybersecurity test capabilities
Your Skills and Expertise

To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree or higher from an accredited institution AND Two (2) years of Cybersecurity experience in a private, public, government, or military environment
  • OR High School Diploma/GED from AND 6 years of Cybersecurity experience in a private, public, government, or military environment

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:

  • Master's degree in Cybersecurity from an accredited institution
  • Two (2) years of Medical Device Cybersecurity experience
  • Experience with Quality Management Systems and ISO 13485 design documentation requirements
  • Proven experience collaborating with laboratory, quality, regulatory, and manufacturing functions
Work Environment

Compensation and Benefits

The expected compensation range for this position is $95,825 - $117,120, which includes base pay plus variable incentive pay, if eligible.
