About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Guest Advocate to join our team at Target. As a Guest Advocate, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional shopping experience for our guests, ensuring that they feel welcome, inspired, and rewarded.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to guest inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Operate a cash register, process transactions, and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
  • Assist guests with finding products, answering questions, and providing recommendations.
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales goals and provide a seamless shopping experience.
  • Participate in visual merchandising, inventory management, and other tasks as needed.
Requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
  • Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and operating a cash register.
  • Ability to lift up to 15 pounds and stand for long periods.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
