About the Role

As a Guest Advocate at Target, you will be the face of our brand, providing exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming experience for our guests. You will be responsible for assisting guests with their shopping needs, answering questions, and resolving any issues that may arise.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to guest inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assist guests with their shopping needs, including answering questions, locating products, and making recommendations.
  • Operate a cash register, process transactions, and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales goals and provide a seamless shopping experience.
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, promotions, and sales to effectively communicate with guests and drive sales.
  • Participate in visual merchandising and store displays to create an engaging and inviting shopping environment.
  • Meet or exceed sales goals, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous customer service experience preferred.
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
  • Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and operating a cash register.
