Job Summary

We're seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Medical Assistant to join our team. As a Medical Assistant, you'll play a vital role in providing administrative and clinical support to our healthcare teams. Your expertise will enable us to deliver high-quality patient care and contribute to our mission of transforming healthcare.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Duties: Manage patient records, process phone messages, and maintain accurate documentation.
  • Clinical Duties: Assist with routine medical procedures, collect lab specimens, and perform first aid procedures under physician supervision.
  • Communication: Utilize effective communication skills to interact with patients, physicians, and other healthcare professionals.
  • Health Coaching: Provide health coaching to patients to support healthy lifestyle choices.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with healthcare teams, including physicians, nurses, and other clinicians, to ensure seamless patient care.
Requirements
  • Education: Graduation from a nationally accredited Medical Assistant program or comparable healthcare vocational training.
  • Experience: A minimum of 1 year of work experience as a Medical Assistant, Patient Care Technician, or similar role in a hospital, medical clinic, or comparable environment.
  • Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite products, including Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel. Ability to travel locally and/or regionally up to 10% of the time.
  • Language: Spoken and written fluency in English.
