Drive Business Strategy:

You will provide recommendations using multiple types of data, business knowledge, and strategic assumptions when data doesn't exist. You will be essential to decision-making, finding opportunities and influencing partners to act. You will partner with several eCommerce business owners, such as Marketing, Commercial, Finance, and Promos teams, to provide key customer insights and influence strategic decisions.

Be the Dot Connector:

Using a multitude of data sources, you will connect the dots across multiple problems to see the larger picture that helps craft analyses and findings that drive longer-term solutions than just answering short-term questions.

Be the Analytics Translator:

You will define, implement, and standardize metrics, reports, and dashboards while focusing on insights. You will work with Advanced Data Science teams to bring rigor and adaptability in approach and translate them into relevant insights, tools, and value for the Business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive business strategy by providing recommendations using multiple types of data, business knowledge, and strategic assumptions.

Requirements:

  • 6+ years of experience working within business analytics, web analytics, eCommerce, and customer analytics.
  • Highly proficient and hands-on in SQL, Tableau, and Excel with experience in Product Analytics Tools (Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics).
  • Bachelor's Degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Data Analytics, Finance, Advanced Analytics, or related field.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of experience working within business analytics, web analytics, eCommerce, and customer analytics.
  • Foundational understanding of eCommerce Marketing, Merchandising, and value Chain concepts.
  • Expertise in scenario planning, business case development, and root cause analysis in an ambiguous environment.
  • Strong business planning, commercial savvy, and financial modeling experience driving end-to-end measurement, including measuring efficiency, return on investment, and incrementality of customer-facing programs.
  • Strong proficiency in translating complex data into crisp insights, actions, and recommendations to both technical and non-technical leaders and colleagues.

Pay & Benefits:

At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $136,300 and $248,700, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple's discretionary employee stock programs. Apple employees are eligible for discretionary restricted stock unit awards, and can purchase Apple stock at a discount if voluntarily participating in Apple's Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
