The PartnersGlobal team is currently seeking a Grants Management Specialist to join our team. As a Grants Management Specialist, you will play a crucial role in supporting the entire grants life cycle, including inception, awarding implementation, and closeout of all subaward activities for the Powered by the People (PxP) project in accordance with USAID regulations and with PartnersGlobal's policies and procedures.

This role requires a highly organized individual with strong analytical and problem-solving skills. You will be responsible for providing administrative and operational support to facilitate grant-management efforts, including due diligence, grantee vetting, compliance, timely submission of grantee deliverables, and file keeping. Additionally, you will conduct research and analysis related to grant applications, partnerships, and grantees; compile reports and updates as needed; manage the CRM, ensuring timely and accurate updates; and assist with the onboarding of a new grants management system.

Key Requirements:
- 2-4 years of experience in supporting global development initiatives
- Basic knowledge of grant making combined with budgeting, financial analysis, and quantitative data analysis
- Strong English communication, comprehension, interpersonal, and public relations skills
- Bachelor's/College Degree in any field; Preference for degrees in international relations, regional studies, or related subject pertaining to international development, peacebuilding, etc.

Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year
