Foundation Grant Manager

We are seeking an experienced Foundation Grant Manager to join our team at Sojourners. As a key member of the Advancement Team, you will be responsible for developing high-quality proposals, reports, and other materials for foundation donors.

The ideal candidate will have at least five years of professional experience in foundation relations and grants management, including three years of experience working with foundations. A bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience is required.

Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per year.

Job Description
  • Develop high-quality proposals, reports, and other materials for foundation donors.
  • Participate in quarterly meetings with program staff to discuss grant spending.
  • Research the giving interests of foundation funders and stay abreast of philanthropic trends.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Demonstrated success managing relationships with both program officers and internal colleagues.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and prospect research skills.
