Key Responsibilities- Warehouse Operations: Safely operate logistics equipment, receive and inspect incoming goods, and maintain accurate inventory records.
- Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and ship orders in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain warehouse stock, including designating and organizing stock by product skew and physical alignment.
- Reporting and Analysis: Compile and submit regular reports on inventory levels, damaged or outdated stock, and other key metrics.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues to achieve team goals, including assisting with inventory counts and verifying product accuracy.
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required; 1-2 years of experience in a logistics or warehouse environment preferred.
- Skills: Basic computer data entry skills, ability to operate logistics management systems, and experience with forklift operation and safety procedures.
- Physical Demands: Frequent reaching, grasping, bending, and stooping; ability to lift and move up to 20 lbs independently and occasionally lift and move up to 35 lbs with mechanical assistance.
