We are seeking a talented and energetic Customer Service Team Member to join our team at Spencer's Gifts. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, maintaining store appearance, and driving sales growth.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Engage with guests, respond to their inquiries, and resolve any issues in a timely manner
  • Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash and credit payments
  • Participate in visual merchandising and inventory management, maintaining store appearance and product displays
  • Support sales initiatives by suggesting products and offering personalized recommendations

**Requirements and Qualifications:**

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 1-2 years retail experience preferred
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

**Benefits and Compensation:**
