Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Assistant 3 to join our team at Aditi Consulting. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the integration and execution of Programs and Co-marketing activities for company Teams Rooms to drive sales results in specified regions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Program Management (40%): Collaborate with PDMs to manage key marketing programs, such as Marketing DRA and channel expansion, to deliver program KPIs like new customer acquisition and partner recruitment.
  • Co-Marketing (45%): Execute marketing activities with PDMs and channel partners to achieve agreed annual marketing plan objectives, guide channel partners in executing marketing activities, and create marketing assets that can be scaled across regions.
  • Business Planning (15%): Review marketing executions, communicate results to key stakeholders, and develop and maintain community platforms, events, and communications.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or equivalent training preferred.
  • 5-7 years related experience required.
