At Info Way Solutions, we are seeking a highly skilled Collections Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our revenue cycle management team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our Service business.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Collections Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring accuracy and timeliness of case/work order closure, invoices, and cost assignment to customer contracts where appropriate.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and resolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Process and verify customer payments and invoices
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and resolution of customer issues
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure high levels of satisfaction
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in revenue cycle management
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent (required), Bachelor's degree (a plus)
  • Minimum of 1 year of reimbursement services, insurance/medical billing, collections and/or Accounts Receivable in medical billing experience
  • Revenue cycle management experience with insurance companies (a plus)
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and e-mailing systems
  • Strong verbal communication with internal/external partners
  • Independent Diagnostic Testing Facility CMS1500 professional billing experience (a plus)
