Kickr Design is seeking a highly skilled Project Manager - Engineering to lead our product development process from concept to manufacturing. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing multiple projects simultaneously, working closely with cross-functional teams, and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality products.

Key Responsibilities

  • Project Management: Manage a wide range of projects from medical devices to production equipment to consumer products at any point in the development cycle from ideation through manufacturing.
  • Team Collaboration: Work with Mechanical Engineers, Electrical Engineers, Industrial Designers, and Software Engineers on projects, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
  • Process Improvement: Continuously optimize, develop, and improve the PM process at Kickr Design.
  • Project Planning: Establish metrics, templates, and milestones for projects, including key performance indicators, and track progress and dependencies.

Requirements

  • Experience: 2+ years of engineering design or part/product development experience and 5+ years of experience managing multiple projects or leading engineering teams.
  • Education: Bachelor's Degree in engineering required.
  • Skills: Prioritizing and managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment, eager to adapt and continually improve.
