Job Description:

As a licensed nursing assistant, you will be responsible for assisting with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and toileting. You will also take and record vital signs under the supervision of a registered nurse or licensed practical nurse. Additionally, you will assist with transfers, walking, and physical activities as directed, help with feeding patients and documenting their nutritional intake, observe and report changes in patients' physical or emotional condition, set up medical equipment and assist healthcare professionals with medical procedures when necessary, maintain a clean and sanitary environment by changing linens, disposing of waste, and sterilizing equipment, comply with all state and federal healthcare regulations, including HIPAA, participate in continuing education programs and team meetings.

Qualifications and Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you must have current and valid LNA certification, a minimum of one year of experience as an LNA, preferably in a healthcare facility, CPR/BLS certification, strong interpersonal and communication skills, and physical ability to perform tasks requiring bending, lifting, and standing for long periods.
