We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our team as a Clinical Nurse Specialist at Maxim Healthcare Services.
Job SummaryThis is a $60,000 - $80,000 per year opportunity for a dedicated and compassionate nurse to provide high-quality patient care and lead our team with expertise and passion.
Responsibilities:- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care using the nursing process.
- Collect, analyze, and interpret data from healthcare members and document actual and/or potential nursing diagnoses.
- Develop and implement individualized plans of care based on identified nursing diagnoses and expected patient outcomes.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient progress and communicate effectively with interdisciplinary teams.
- A current Registered Nurse (RN) license for the state in which the nurse practices.
- A minimum of one year prior RN experience preferred.
- Excellent clinical judgment, communication, and leadership skills.
