We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Leader and Scholar to join our team at Houston Methodist Cypress Hospital. As a key member of our interprofessional team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care, leading clinical initiatives, and promoting a culture of excellence.
Key Responsibilities- Provide high-quality patient care, including comprehensive assessments, diagnosis, and treatment plans.
- Lead and coordinate interprofessional activities, focusing on clinical practice, education, and research.
- Develop and implement evidence-based practice guidelines and protocols.
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of policies and procedures.
- Master's degree in Nursing or Physician Assistant program.
- Three years of clinical experience as a Nurse Practitioner or five years as a Physician Assistant.
- Progressive management experience preferred.
- Current licensure and certification in the state of Texas.
