Royalty Hospitality Staffing is in search of a temporary Employee Relations Specialist to support our Human Resources team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage actively in the employee relations process by gathering information regarding grievances, conducting initial assessments, mediating conflicts, facilitating exit interviews, and providing follow-up with management on employee relations matters.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor, offering guidance to operational supervisors on topics related to employee relations, talent management, performance evaluations, and disciplinary procedures.
  • Participate in or lead specific initiatives as directed by management.
  • Assist the Human Resources department with reports, metrics, and various projects.
  • Utilize analytical tools to gather and interpret metrics to support informed decision-making.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 2-4 years of experience in a Human Resources Business Partner, Generalist, or similar role with a focus on employee relations.
  • Comprehensive understanding of state and federal regulations related to Human Resources.
  • A confident and assertive leader capable of making decisive actions in challenging situations.
  • Strong analytical, critical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
  • Proficient in Excel, with high intermediate to advanced skills.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field is required.
