Job Description

At Staffpros, we are seeking a highly skilled Employee Benefits Manager to lead our employee benefits programs. As the Benefits Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations governing employee benefits programs.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent proven experience.
  • Minimum of 5 years of progressively responsible experience in employee benefits compliance.
  • Specific experience with new hire benefit enrollments, qualified events, open enrollment, COBRA administration, educating employees on wellness programs, benefits promotion, invoice reconciliation, maintaining benefits compliance documents, family medical leave tracking, and disability claims management.
