Job Summary

As the Employee Benefits Compliance Manager at In-Place Machining Company, LLC, you will be responsible for ensuring the company's employee benefits programs are in compliance with federal, state, and local regulations. This includes monitoring and enforcing compliance with laws and regulations, developing and implementing policies and procedures, and conducting regular audits and reporting. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of employee benefits laws and regulations, excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to communicate complex information to employees and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor and enforce compliance with federal, state, and local regulations governing employee benefits programs
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures related to employee benefits compliance
  • Conduct regular audits and reporting to ensure compliance
  • Provide clear and concise communication to employees regarding benefits compliance matters
  • Collaborate with benefits vendors to ensure their programs and services align with compliance requirements
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of progressively responsible related experience
  • Strong understanding of employee benefits laws and regulations
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to communicate complex information to employees and stakeholders
