At Window Genie, we're dedicated to providing top-notch home services that improve the look and value of homes in your community. As a Window Cleaning Specialist, you'll be a key member of our team responsible for delivering exceptional service and quality workmanship. Your role will involve providing service in our three service categories, including window cleaning, window tinting, and pressure washing, as well as identifying opportunities to sell additional work to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide service in our three service categories, including window cleaning, window tinting, and pressure washing
  • Speak with customers about additional services and identify opportunities to sell more work
  • Ensure the efficient use of materials and maintain adequate stock of cleaning supplies on the vehicle
  • Keep company vehicle and equipment properly serviced, clean, and in good working order and condition
  • Complete invoices and follow work orders as required
  • Perform other duties as needed, including cross-training in related positions
Requirements:
  • No experience necessary, but prior experience in any of our three service categories is a plus
  • Physical ability to lift ladders and work at heights
  • Excellent communication skills and a professional appearance and personality
