Outpatient Mental Health Therapist

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Outpatient Mental Health Therapist to join our team at Ellie Mental Health - 079. As a Therapist, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality mental health services to our clients, working collaboratively with a dynamic team to fill gaps in our community.
Responsibilities- Evaluate mental health diagnoses, create, implement, and maintain treatment plans, complete ongoing documentation, including further diagnoses and case notes.
- Provide excellent customer service for clients and collaborate with a dynamic team to further the mission of filling gaps in our community.
- Utilize creativity in interventions to help clients achieve and exceed goals.
- Prepare and submit individual documentation for each session per company guidelines.
- For Full-Time status clinicians, maintain a caseload of a target of 25 client visits per week.
- Coordinate services with case managers, families, work personnel, medical personnel, other Ellie staff, and school staff as needed.
- Attend and participate in all clinical staff meetings and trainings.
- Opportunity to work both in office and remotely.
- Candidates are required to have a master's degree in one of the behavioral sciences or related fields from an accredited college or university and be on track to obtain licensure in their designated field in Georgia.
- Candidates should have associate, clinical licensure, or be on licensure track (LMFT, LPC, LCSW, etc.) to practice in Georgia.
- Required experience with completing intakes, treatment plans, and clinical case notes.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to demonstrate and model stable, appropriate boundaries with clients.
- Ability to complete and submit documentation of services and other documents in a timely manner.
- Comfort and familiarity working with a diverse client base.
- Proficient in the use of Office 365 and Electronic Health Record systems (Valant experience a plus).
