Confident Staff Solutions is seeking a highly skilled Mental Health Therapist to join our team as a Telehealth Specialist. As a key member of our team, you will provide evidence-based treatment and mental health services to our clients primarily through telehealth.
Key Responsibilities- Render evidence-based treatment to a diverse range of patients.
- Provide an array of mental health services to promote individualized patient recovery, primarily through telehealth video or telephone.
- Conduct intakes, individual, group, and family therapy sessions when applicable.
- Provide mental health assessments, counseling referrals, and intervention services.
- Complete and maintain documentation in a timely and accurate manner, adhering to Federal, State, and company guidelines.
This is a fully remote, flexible scheduling opportunity. You will have the freedom to create your own schedule between the hours of 7am and 9pm PST, 7 days a week. You must work until 8pm, 2 days per week, or 4, 4-hour shifts on the weekends. No on-call requirements.

- Masters degree or higher.
- 1 year of relevant experience.
- Access to a computer, webcam, reliable internet connection, and private quiet space for sessions.
- Active LICSW, LMFT, or LMHC license in WA.
- Seeking full-time hours.
- 1 year of experience in any of the following: Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Dialectical Behavior therapy (DBT), Evidence-Based Practice, Outpatient Experience, Telehealth Experience.
- List any certifications/languages.
