Job Responsibilities- Key Duties:

  • Assist individuals affected by disasters, both natural and man-made, in repairing damage and restoring order.
  • Respond to water damage incidents and implement mitigation strategies in line with established protocols.
  • Evaluate and execute appropriate procedures for various restoration tasks.

Daily Tasks- Responsibilities Include:

  • Perform hands-on restoration work, including water extraction, demolition, and removal of unsalvageable materials, as directed by a supervisor.
  • Complete assigned projects following company processes while ensuring quality control.
  • Document project phases through photos and videos, maintaining accurate records.
  • Utilize an application for managing documentation related to projects.
  • Set up, monitor, and document the use of equipment to ensure safe and efficient operations.
  • Participate in an on-call rotation once fully trained.

Physical Requirements- Demands of the Role:

  • Ability to lift and move objects weighing up to 70 pounds regularly.
  • Must be capable of wearing safety gear and respirators when necessary.
  • Ability to access confined spaces such as crawlspaces and attics.

Essential Qualifications- Requirements:

  • Must successfully pass background checks and pre-employment drug screenings.
  • Must possess a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
