Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Route Sales Representative to join our team at SRP Companies. As a Route Sales Representative, you will be responsible for servicing local stores within a designated territory, delivering high-quality products, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver and merchandise products to local stores within a designated territory
  • Provide exceptional customer service to store management and employees
  • Maintain accurate inventory levels and conduct end-of-day reports
  • Execute installation of fixtures, store resets, and promotional materials
  • Conduct business transactions and notify management of any unresolved issues

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Valid driver's license and good driving record required
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds and bend, push, stoop, and kneel for extended periods
  • Technical skills in smartphone apps, Outlook, Excel, and Zoom
  • Flexibility to work 50 hours a week in all weather conditions and willingness to travel overnight on selected routes
