Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Mortgage Loan Specialist to join our team at Coldwell Banker Premier. As a key member of our financial services team, you will be responsible for interviewing customers, analyzing financial information, and advising on mortgage products.

Responsibilities:
  • Interview customers to collect and analyze financial information.
  • Recommend suitable mortgage loan products based on customer needs.
  • Achieve loan decisions within five days of loan application.
  • Participate in relationship-building functions and maintain open communication with borrowers, realtors, and processors.
  • Utilize origination computer systems to track loan applications, status, and conversations.
Requirements:
  • A High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • NMLS license in at least one state (VA, MD, WV, DE, PA, FL, TX).
  • One to two years of experience as a Loan Officer, or ability to pass the national licensing exam.
  • Strong computer skills, including mortgage software expertise.
  • Excellent analytical and advisory capabilities.

This is a full-time position offering a competitive salary, flexible schedule, and excellent benefits package. The estimated salary range for this role is $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
