Mortgage Origination Specialist

Estimated Salary: $55,000 - $75,000 per year

Coldwell Banker Premier seeks an experienced Mortgage Loan Officer to handle company leads and serve emerging markets. Responsibilities include interviewing customers, securing loan applications, and recommending mortgage products. Key Responsibilities:
  • Collect and analyze customer financial information.
  • Advising on mortgage products and risks.
  • Helping select the appropriate loan program.
  • Achieving loan decisions within five days.

Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • NMLS license in at least one state (VA, MD, WV, DE, PA, FL, TX).
  • One to two years of experience as a Loan Officer or related field.
  • Strong computer background with 1-2 years of experience in mortgage software.
