About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Software Developer to join our Information Technology team at Vector Security. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and implementing software applications that meet the needs of our customers and business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify project requirements and specifications.
  • Design, develop, and test software applications using Microsoft Development suite applications, including Azure Dev Ops and Visual Studio.
  • Participate in scoping and designing of software solutions to benefit the business and the customer.
  • Troubleshoot existing software applications and update as conditions warrant.
  • Partner with other department teams to meet department goals for software security and accessibility.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
  • Previous experience as a Software Applications Developer or similar position.
  • Experience with Microsoft Development suite applications, including Azure Dev Ops and Visual Studio.
  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365, SharePoint, Power BI.
  • Experience with MSSQL and related services.
  • Development in C# and VB environments, familiarity with SOAP and REST API.
  • Excellent consulting and interpersonal skills and familiarity with Microsoft 365 Suite.
