Job Summary

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the marketing strategies and campaigns for our company, as well as overseeing the operations of our call center.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the creation of marketing designs, videos, and photography to increase brand awareness and drive lead generation on various marketing channels.
  • Track marketing campaigns across different channels, including content marketing, to optimize campaigns and achieve business goals.
  • Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement changes.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activities to identify new marketing opportunities.
  • Ensure the Inside sales team/call center operates efficiently and effectively to provide exceptional customer experience in every way.
  • Monitor call center KPIs and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and retrain developed processes when improvements are needed.
  • Train and coach Inside sales team to provide exceptional customer experience and meet performance targets.
  • Coach and train Inside sales team on policies and procedures to ensure compliance and efficiency.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field, or at least five years of experience in Marketing.
  • Experience with video editing and production.
  • Proven experience in marketing and call center management roles.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and coach team members.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
  • Experience with marketing analytics tools and ServiceTitan is preferred.
  • Knowledge of Inside Sales operations and best practices.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make data-driven decisions.
Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $36,000 - $46,000 plus a bonus program. Our benefits package includes:
