- Assist the Permit Coordinator in delivering and retrieving permits from local authorities.
- Obtain signatures from homeowners and local agencies for project-related documents.
- Develop and maintain relationships with local government agencies, project teams, and homeowners associations.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in permitting or a related field is preferred.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in computer software and large databases.
- Accurate and efficient data entry skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Reliable transportation for permit delivery (mileage reimbursed).
