Job Summary:

  • Perform thorough audits of solar projects to ensure all necessary documents are in order.
  • Collaborate with sales teams and homeowners to expedite the project process.
  • Communicate directly with customers to retrieve required paperwork.
  • Assist the Permit Coordinator in delivering and retrieving permits from local authorities.
  • Obtain signatures from homeowners and local agencies for project-related documents.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with local government agencies, project teams, and homeowners associations.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in permitting or a related field is preferred.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in computer software and large databases.
  • Accurate and efficient data entry skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Reliable transportation for permit delivery (mileage reimbursed).
