Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Medical Front Desk Receptionist to join our team at Medix. As a key member of our medical office, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and administrative support in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer and manage a high volume of phone calls, ensuring timely and efficient communication with patients and staff.
  • Coordinate patient check-in and check-out processes, including rooming patients and processing payments.
  • Schedule appointments for both surgeries and the medical spa, utilizing NextTech EMR to manage patient information.
  • Provide excellent customer service, communicating effectively with patients and staff to ensure a positive experience.
  • Assist with clinic and medical spa operations, including room maintenance and administrative tasks.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • At least 3 years of experience working in a fast-paced medical office environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients and staff.
  • Proficiency in NextTech EMR and ability to learn new systems quickly.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities.
