Job Title: Home Infusion Nurse

InfuCare Rx Inc, a national Specialty Infusion Company, is seeking a skilled Home Infusion Nurse to join our patient-centric pharmacy team. As a Home Infusion Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality, patient-centered care to individuals with complex conditions.

Job Summary:

The Home Infusion Nurse will be responsible for administering IVIG infusions to patients in the comfort of their own homes. This is a unique opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients and their families.

Responsibilities:
  • Administer IVIG infusions to patients in their homes
  • Monitor patients' conditions and report any changes to the nursing team
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless care coordination
  • Provide education to patients and their families on infusion therapy and medication management
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical records
Requirements:
  • Current and unrestricted RN license
  • 3 years' experience as an RN, preferably with some home care experience
  • A Bachelor of Science in nursing or an associate degree in nursing from an accredited and approved nursing program
  • Current CPR certification
  • Proof of eligibility to work in the US
  • Successfully pass annual competency checks
  • Clean background and criminal record and must pass drug test
Physical Demands:

Required to stand, walk, sit, talk, and hear; required to use hands to operate vehicles and office equipment; must be able to occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 lbs; specific vision requirements for this job include: close, distance and peripheral vision, and the ability to adjust focus, reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions of this position without compromising patient care.
