Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Order Picker to join our Supply Chain Team at Staples Inc. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the timely and accurate delivery of products to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Pick and prepare customer orders accurately and timely to meet daily production goals.
  • Restock shelves, scan labels, and cut boxes to prepare the work area for the next shift.
  • Select product, pull, and pack totes, as well as cut cases of merchandise and/or stock product.
  • Move full totes and cases onto a conveyor belt while adhering to safety procedures.
  • Perform general cleaning and basic maintenance duties both inside and outside of the facility.

Requirements:

  • 3 months warehouse or applicable experience.
  • Basic English language skills (both verbal and written communications).
  • Ability to lift, lower, push, pull or carry product up to a maximum of 70 pounds by hand.
  • Ability to walk and stand 100% of the time.
  • Must be at least 18 years old.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma/GED or equivalent work experience.
