Key Responsibilities

  • Organizes and coordinates service appointments.
  • Gathers necessary tools, equipment, and materials for service tasks. Conducts cleaning and preventive maintenance on various machinery.
  • Executes scheduled maintenance and repairs. Diagnoses equipment issues and provides solutions to clients. Operates the service vehicle efficiently.
  • Maintains cleanliness and organization of tools and equipment.
  • Handles after-hours service requests.
  • Keeps accurate records of maintenance and inspections.
  • Performs additional tasks as required.
  • Available to work various shifts, including weekends, holidays, evenings, and on-call emergency services.

Qualifications

Education/Experience: High School Diploma or GED with 1-3 years of relevant experience or equivalent training.

Licenses/Certifications: Must possess a valid Driver's License. Additional licenses may be required based on specific assignments.

Technical Skills

Ability to adhere to operational manuals and instructions. Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office and internet usage. Familiarity with preventive and corrective maintenance practices in water/wastewater treatment facilities.

Communication Skills

Effectively communicates in a professional manner. Contributes positively to both internal and external customer interactions. Maintains composure in challenging situations and collaborates well with team members.

Problem Solving & Quality Assurance

Demonstrates attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities. Escalates issues as necessary and ensures quality in work output. Proactively shares suggestions for enhancing quality and productivity.

Results Management

Works independently with minimal oversight. Completes projects effectively while adhering to company policies and standard operating procedures. Manages multiple tasks and exhibits flexibility in scheduling.

Leadership & Initiative

Exhibits a positive attitude and aligns actions with the company's vision and values. Takes responsibility for personal performance and seeks opportunities for professional growth.

Physical Requirements

Must be capable of frequently lifting 50-60 pounds, loading and unloading large equipment/tools, accessing confined spaces, and consistently walking and climbing stairs and ladders.
