  • Proficiency in engineering software such as Hydro CAD, Synchro/SimTraffic, MicroStation, or AutoCAD, along with experience in proposal specification software, Word, Excel, and VISSIM.
  • Strong communication skills are essential.
  • Experience working with local, state, or federal authorities is a plus.
