Position Overview

Shift: Day Shift - 7am-7pm

Compensation: $40.00 per hour

Sign-On Bonus: $3,750

Additional Compensation: Shift differentials for nights and weekends

Key Responsibilities

We seek dedicated professionals who will embody the Select Medical Way, emphasizing patient-centered care and enhancing community quality of life. Responsibilities include:

  • Assessing patients and devising suitable treatment plans.
  • Administering respiratory care to patients with complex medical and surgical conditions.
  • Performing the insertion and removal of endotracheal tubes.
  • Encouraging continuous quality improvement.
  • Educating and counseling patients and their families.
Qualifications

Minimum Requirements:

  • Active CRT or RRT credential from the National Board of Respiratory Care (NBRC) or state equivalent.
  • BLS certification.
  • Current state licensure.
  • ACLS certification upon hire.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • One year of relevant experience is preferred.
