We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Avamere Rehabilitation of Cascade Park. As a key member of our nursing staff, you will provide high-quality patient care to our residents, working collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to ensure the best possible outcomes.
Responsibilities- Implement and maintain established nursing practice objectives and standards
- Provide direct patient care to residents, including administering medications and reviewing medication cards for completeness and accuracy
- Coordinate with nursing staff and support personnel to plan shift services, programs, and activities
- Chart nurses' notes in an informative and descriptive manner that reflects the care provided to the resident and resident's response to care
- Participate in facility surveys by authorized government agencies
- Must possess a nursing degree from an accredited college or university
- Must possess a current, unencumbered, active license to practice as a RN in this state
- Must have experience with Electronic Medical Records and computer documentation systems
- Must have effective communication, organization, and prioritization skills
- Must have customer service skills/experience
