Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Medical Front Office Specialist to join our team at NextCare Urgent Care. As a key member of our front office staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient service and ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for our patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide top-notch customer service to patients and families, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Manage patient flow, ensuring that patients are processed efficiently and effectively.
  • Process patients for discharge, including preparing charges, collecting payment, and issuing receipts.
  • Monitor and maintain a clean and organized front reception area, ensuring that it is welcoming and comfortable for patients.
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless communication and a high level of patient satisfaction.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Typing and computer proficiency in Windows-based software.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and think critically in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Medical Administrative Assistant Certificate or equivalent a plus.
