A highly skilled CNC Machinist with expertise in creating complex tooling and fixtures using CAD/CAM software and CNC equipment. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of machining processes and be able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Key Responsibilities- Design and develop fixturing and tooling using CAD/CAM software
- Operate CNC equipment to build tooling and fixtures
- Work with minimal supervision and limited detailed drawings or blueprints
- Take initiative to complete projects from CAD to part, including inspection
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Fluency in CAD/CAM software
- 5 years of experience in CNC machining process development
- Experience in hands-on fabrication for tooling assembly
- Strong mechanical aptitude, analytical and problem-solving skills
- Graduation from an accredited technical institution with an Associate degree in machining technology
- CAD experience in developing machined components
- Expertise in Fusion360 CAM Software
- Experience in Plastic Injection Molding
