The Tile Shop is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Part Time Sales Associate to join our team. As a Sales Associate, you will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service, building relationships with clients, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities- Work closely with customers to understand their needs and preferences, providing personalized recommendations and solutions.
- Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of our products, including tile, stone, and installation options.
- Collaborate with interior designers, homeowners, and trade professionals to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
- Meet or exceed individual sales goals, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, industry trends, and company initiatives.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on building rapport with customers.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Basic mathematical and computer skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently.
- Availability to work a variable schedule, including weekends and holidays.
